Key Responsibilities:
- Execute optical programs and promote the Walmart brand
- Build relationships with Optometrists and healthcare providers
- Guide customers through frame and lens selections
- Measure, adjust, and fit eyewear accurately
- Verify finished eyewear meets accuracy and quality standards
Requirements:
- Optician license for glasses and contact lenses
- Valuable standing with the respective College of Opticians
- Ability to provide meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to identify root causes and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to deliver effective customer solutions
