The Manitoba Métis Federation seeks multiple full time Early Childhood Educator III professionals for its Child Care Centres. You will assist with Red River Métis-specific programming and curriculum while supporting children’s development, feelings, rights, and relationships. The work includes positive guidance, safety, and responsive care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain nurturing learning environments supporting Red River Métis-specific curriculum
- Establish safe and healthy learning environments
- Support children resolving problems and differences with others




- Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
- Attend monthly staff meetings about children and centre progress

Requirements:

- ECE III Diploma or MB ELCC-recognized training
- Minimum two years’ Early Childhood Educator experience
- Experience supporting children with additional support needs
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certification
- Required background checks and Manitoba driver’s license
