Manage fleet compliance and preventive maintenance for Oakridge Group, using Geotab, GPS systems, and organized service tracking. Work full time Monday through Friday.

The Shop and Maintenance Coordinator maintains CVOR files, drivers’ electronic logs, inspection records, and vehicle documentation. This position coordinates repairs, inspections, parts, service facilities, and equipment records. It also supports compliance resolution, hoist inspections, and communication with managers regarding violations and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain CVOR files and track incidents and violations
- Monitor Geotab speeding reports and compliance concerns
- Schedule preventive maintenance, inspections, and vehicle repairs
- Track service requirements, due dates, hours,



and inventory
- Coordinate vehicles, parts, purchase orders, and invoices

Requirements:

- Valid Class G driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Maintenance-shop, truck, or heavy-equipment experience considered an asset
