Support lease transactions and customer communication as an Internal Sales Support Specialist in North Vancouver, working full-time Monday to Friday.

This permanent position supports external sales teams and dealer partners within financial services and equipment leasing. You will process transactions, manage documentation, and respond to customers by phone and email. Training develops knowledge of financial products, credit processes, leasing, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support external sales teams and dealer partners with lease requests
- Process transactions using internal systems and credit-scoring tools
- Obtain customer documentation and complete transaction follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and archive finalized lease documents




- Respond professionally to customer and end-user inquiries

Requirements:

- Minimum three years’ sales, service, or account management experience
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization, administration, and attention to detail
- Comfort with computer systems and learning new software
- Ability to prioritize requests and meet deadlines
