Lead complex procurement, supplier performance, and cost reduction initiatives onsite at Fleming and Baron’s manufacturing facility in Woodbridge, Ontario.

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will manage high value spend categories and serve as a procurement subject matter expert. The role requires supply chain experience, analytical capability, and cross functional collaboration. You will support sourcing, supplier relationships, process improvements, and organizational transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop sourcing and category strategies aligned with business objectives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, service levels, and commercial terms
- Lead supplier performance management and resolve performance concerns




- Drive cost reduction and value engineering initiatives
- Analyze spend, inventory trends, and procurement performance metrics

Requirements:

- Five or more years of supply chain experience
- Working knowledge of Lean Methodologies
- Manufacturing setting experience preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Suite and computer proficiency
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
