As an Advisor Experience Specialist, you will support advisors and Wealth leaders across coaching, field enablement, and capability building. Your work covers sales effectiveness, financial-planning conversations, activity management, referrals, and asset consolidation. You will also reinforce consistent execution and adoption of advisor platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach advisors on sales effectiveness and member engagement practices
- Analyze performance metrics to identify coaching opportunities
- Reinforce best practices with Wealth leaders
- Support workshops, office hours, job aids,



and onboarding
- Gather feedback and recommend enablement improvements

Requirements:

- Five to seven-plus years of relevant wealth experience recommended
- Knowledge of wealth management and holistic financial planning
- Proficiency with Conquest, Dynamics 365, CapIntel, and Advisor Stream
- Strong coaching, facilitation, consulting, and presentation skills
- University or college degree, or equivalent experience
