As a Personal Banking Associate, you will guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and colleagues. The work includes current accounts, investment advice, customer problem resolution, and confidential matters. You will also support branch operations while promoting a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage customers through advice, transactions, and digital education
- Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions

Requirements:

- High School diploma and/or one-plus years relevant experience
- Complete Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
- Meet applicable Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization registration requirements
- Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet proficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers and related teams
