As a Claims Service Representative, you obtain first notice of loss reports for non-complex auto and property claims through an Express Claim Center. You answer questions about policies, processes, and next steps while updating claim information. The position also involves customer service, correspondence, and clerical coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take first notice of loss claims for auto and property
- Explain basic claim processes and general information

Requirements:
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Bilingual communication skills in English and French
- Solid oral and written communication competency
