Deliver patient-focused emergency nursing at William Osler Health System through assessment, critical thinking, and compassionate care. This permanent part-time position includes 12-hour days and nights.

As a Registered Nurse in Osler's Emergency Department, you will provide quality care within an inter-professional team. Apply the nursing process, recognize changing health statuses, and support patient safety. The work includes health teaching, discharge instructions, infection prevention, and culturally responsive care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Provide professional, patient-centred emergency nursing care
- Recognize health changes and respond to emergencies
- Deliver patient and family health teaching
- Follow infection prevention and observation procedures

Requirements:

- Current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- Two years' recent medical-surgical experience required
- Emergency experience within five years preferred
- Arrhythmia interpretation competency and BCLS required
- ACLS certification required within six months
