L'Arche Edmonton is seeking an Individual Care Coordinator for a temporary four-month assignment from Dec 9, 2026, to April 14, 2027. The role supports persons with disabilities across Homes and Day Programs, coordinating services, ISP goals, and health-related resources.

The position runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, with on-call availability for urgent needs and potential evening/weekend coverage. The successful candidate will collaborate with team leaders, guardians, and health
