Maintain Stream-Flo offices and facilities overnight using custodial cleaning, minor maintenance, and careful sanitation practices. Work Monday through Friday on a scheduled night shift.

This Custodian position supports healthy, secure, and sanitary office buildings, facilities, and shop areas. Daily work includes waste disposal, dusting, spot cleaning, polishing, sanitizing, and replenishing dispensers. You will also vacuum offices, wash waste baskets, maintain washrooms and floors, and clean shared shop spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform custodial duties and minor maintenance across facilities
- Empty waste baskets and dispose of trash
- Clean furniture, glass, metals, water coolers, and dispensers
- Maintain washrooms, floors, offices, and shared rooms
- Complete weekly, monthly, and assigned related duties

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Minimum three years of related janitorial experience
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 30 pounds
