Support Scotiabank customers in Calgary as a Senior Customer Experience Associate, using relationship building and digital banking expertise. This is a 30-hour weekly contract.
At Scotiabank’s West Springs Branch, you will guide customers throughout their banking journey. The senior associate role combines customer service, simple sales, financial advice, and technology support. You will help clients understand banking options while contributing to branch targets and customer goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the lobby and triage customers appropriately
- Open day-to-day accounts and fulfill credit opportunities
- Process GICs and identify straightforward sales opportunities
- Demonstrate mobile banking and digital self-service options
- Build relationships and solve customers’ needs
Requirements:
- Experience conducting simple sales and marketing calls
- Experience providing financial advice
- Strong technical skills for digital banking demonstrations
- Flexible schedule availability
- Previous banking experience is a strong asset
