This Accounts Receivable Specialist manages financial operations, account accuracy, and process improvements. You will investigate payment discrepancies, resolve disputes, and collaborate with Billing, Pricing, and Operations teams. The work also includes customer communication, payment analysis, and accurate recordkeeping.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct large account reconciliations and investigate unresolved balances
- Resolve short payments, overpayments, invoice discrepancies, and rating errors
- Collaborate with Billing, Pricing, and Operations teams




- Analyze payment trends and implement process improvements
- Maintain records of interactions, disputes, and resolutions

Requirements:

- Experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable
- Solid reconciliation skills and large dataset analysis ability
- Problem-solving mindset for investigating and resolving issues
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
