You will manage human resources, finances, and technology development for a multidisciplinary team. The position supports manufacturing, first article inspection, improvement projects, and operational excellence deployment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or college diploma
- Several years’ aerospace industry experience with a college diploma
- Excellent management, organizational, and technical skills
- Robust communication and leadership abilities
- Bilingual French and English communication
