Avenue.io Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join Calgary’s AMH Supportive Living outreach team. You will deliver evidence-informed OT services focusing on occupational performance, collaborating with nursing, social work, psychiatry and therapists in home and clinic settings.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in OT, ACOT registration, BCLS-HCP, and 2–3 years in adult mental health. You will conduct assessments, treatment planning, and case management with clients and families.
