Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator or Social Work Manager, you will provide direct psychosocial care and develop services supporting residents’ health, social well-being, and functioning. Collaboration with health care providers and the multidisciplinary team is central to this work.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
