As a Recruiter, you will manage hiring from initial contact through successful hire. You will build candidate pipelines, support changing staffing needs, and help GardaWorld maintain high standards. The role requires communication, interviewing, and organization across multiple recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment from contact through successful hire
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through diverse channels
- Build pipelines with Account Managers for staffing needs
- Represent GardaWorld at career and community recruitment events




- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity

Requirements:

- Two or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Preferably, experience recruiting in high-volume environments
- Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities while preserving quality
- Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems experience
