Reporting to the Property Manager, the Live-In Superintendent coordinates and completes residential building maintenance activities. The work includes cleaning common areas, completing light repairs, inspecting grounds, and supporting apartment turnovers. This permanent full-time role requires responsive tenant service and reliable attention to building standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean halls, elevators, laundry rooms, entrances, and common areas
- Complete vacant apartment turnovers for showings or recent tenants
- Perform electrical, painting, plumbing, and other light repairs
- Inspect fire equipment, buildings,



and outdoor grounds daily
- Complete seasonal snow removal, ice removal, watering, and weeding

Requirements:

- Two to three years residential property management experience
- Minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and janitorial experience
- Knowledge of Fire Safety Regulations and computerized security systems
- Clean criminal record check and valid communication skills in English
- Availability for evenings, weekends, on-call work, and travel between locations
