As an Inside Sales Representative, you will service customers, process orders, answer inquiries, and support ecommerce questions. The position emphasizes customer relationships, effective communication, multitasking, and time management. Nedco offers electrical products across communications, wire and cable, distribution, lighting, data, home integration, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service customers daily through phone and email
- Process orders, inquiries, and quotations
- Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives
- Follow up with customers on quotations
- Make outbound calls to solicit additional business
Requirements:
- At least two years of inside sales or customer service experience
- Effective communication and customer relationship-building ability
- Robust multitasking and time management skills
- Computer literacy; AS400 experience is an asset
- Electrical distribution experience and product knowledge
