Randstad seeks an Extruder Operator for a premier plastics manufacturing facility. The role requires extrusion or injection molding experience, manual dexterity, and technical competence with SPC data. You will support process stability, quality standards, and effective production while following industrial safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate complex extrusion equipment according to safety protocols
- Troubleshoot machinery and complete precise clean-downs
- Document Standard Operating Conditions for process stability
- Record PPG and SPC quality checks
- Weigh, blend, label, and stage finished goods
Requirements:
- One to two years of extrusion or injection molding experience
- At least one year operating a forklift
- Computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms repetitively
- Clean-shaven for mandatory respirator use
