Reporting to the Proposals Manager, you will respond to RFPs and RFQs with technical and commercial proposals. Your work combines proposal writing, cost allocation, sales support, and project understanding. You will help align solutions with requirements while maintaining target margins and agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze RFP and RFQ requirements thoroughly
- Prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals
- Integrate project, financial, and operational information
- Support sales representatives with customer-focused solutions
- Track quotations and orders in business systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, communications, or related field
- Minimum five years in application engineering or comparable work
- Experience preferably in SCADA, automation, or IT
- Strong technical writing and English communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
