The role

- Calibrate machine parameters using data sheets and the target specifications
- Troubleshoot processing issues such as flashing, shorts, dimensional inconsistencies
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to optimize quality and efficiency and reduce downtime
- Monitor machines for possible upcoming repairs and work with maintenance to keep optimization of machine efficiency
- Oversee and track work orders in ERP systems/CMMS Systems
- Train shift supervisors and cell leads on use, care, processes, and procedures for injection molding machines and supporting equipment
- Lead and support current product launches, mould trials, process validation, and production start-ups




- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions related to process and production challenges
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on increasing efficiency, reducing scrap and improving quality
- Other duties as assigned by management

What you’ll bring

- Minimum 5 years of injection moulding processing experience
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based manufacturing systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
