Own conversion testing for KittySpout and DoggySpout remotely, combining Intelligems expertise with hands-on funnel execution and weekly launches.

As CRO Lead, you will run the complete program across both Shopify DTC brands. You will build prioritized backlogs, test landing pages, paid-acquisition funnels, in office offers, and post-purchase upsells. Your work targets conversion rate, average order value, and revenue per visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own ranked CRO test plans for both brands
- Build and test paid-acquisition funnels and landing pages
- Brief, QA, launch, and evaluate weekly experiments
- Ship winners and identify conversion drops immediately
- Manage agency testing and report weekly CRO metrics

Requirements:

- Three to four or more years running Shopify DTC CRO programs
- Deep hands-on Intelligems experience
- Proof of lifts in conversion, AOV, or RPV
- Experience with AfterSell, Clarity, and Shopify analytics
- Fluent English and fully remote availability
