This part time contract suits an experienced property management professional with at least three years of hands-on experience. You will work with Tenantly’s product development team, explaining operational realities across tenants, contractors, maintenance, reporting, and budgets. Key Responsibilities:

- Map tenant onboarding and maintenance coordination workflows
- Test features and evaluate usability, terminology, and navigation
- Identify repetitive tasks, gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities
- Prioritize features according to property manager needs




- Review prototypes and validate proposed solutions

Requirements:

- At least three years’ residential or commercial property management experience
