Notre Client recherche un Analyste Financier dévoué pour fournir un soutien financier complet à diverses fonctions, y compris l'ingénierie, les méthodes, l'assurance qualité et la qualité des fournisseurs. Ce poste implique de coordonner la consolidation et la préparation de la gouvernance financière liée aux coûts généraux, ainsi que de participer au cycle financier, qui comprend la compilation, l'analyse et la préparation de rapports financiers pour les résultats réels, la budgétisation annuelle et les prévisions financières.

Responsibilities

- Préparer les résultats mensuels réels, y compris l'EBIT et les coûts unitaires, et effectuer une analyse des écarts par rapport aux prévisions et au budget annuel.
- Préparer et surveiller le budget annuel.
- Préparer les prévisions financières pour l'année en cours.
- Soutenir les partenaires commerciaux tout au long du processus d'achat/approvisionnement.
- Fournir un soutien pour les audits internes et externes.
- Effectuer une analyse des écarts et identifier les actions correctives.
- Préparer les provisions de fin de période.
- Gérer les allocations de coûts.
- Préparer et présenter les rapports financiers et la gouvernance pour chaque fonction soutenue.

Compétences Essentielles

- Expertise en analyse des coûts, prévisions et budgétisation.
- Compréhension des coûts, de l'inventaire, des coûts unitaires et de la nomenclature.
- Compétence en analyse financière et analyse des écarts.
- Minimum de cinq ans d'expérience pertinente.

Compétences Supplémentaires & qualifications

- L'expérience avec SAP est un atout fort.




- Grande maîtrise de Microsoft Office, en particulier des compétences avancées en Excel.
- Diplôme de baccalauréat en comptabilité.
- Maîtrise du français est requise.

L'environnement de travail implique de collaborer avec une équipe de 13 professionnels de la finance, sous la direction du Directeur des Finances. Ce poste offre un horaire de travail hybride, permettant une présence au bureau et à domicile 50/50 chaque semaine. Une semaine de travail standard consiste en 40 heures.

Job Title: Financial Analyst Job Description

Our Client is seeking a dedicated Financial Analyst to provide comprehensive financial support to various functions including Engineering, Methods, Quality Assurance, and Supplier Quality. This role involves coordinating the consolidation and preparation of financial governance related to overhead costs, as well as participating in the financial cycle which includes compiling, analyzing, and preparing financial reports for actual results, annual budgeting,



and financial forecasts.

Responsibilities

- Prepare monthly actual results, including EBIT and unit costs, and perform variance analysis against forecasts and the annual budget.
- Prepare and monitor the annual budget.
- Prepare financial forecasts for the current year.
- Support business partners throughout the purchasing/procurement process.
- Provide support for internal and external audits.
- Perform variance analysis and identify corrective actions.
- Prepare period-end accruals.
- Manage cost allocations.
- Prepare and present financial reporting and governance for each supported function.

Essential Skills

- Expertise in cost analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Understanding of cost, inventory, unit cost, and bill of materials.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and variance analysis.
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

- Experience with SAP is a strong asset.
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- Proficiency in French is required.
