The Club Manager oversees a financially successful club while leading employees positively and providing ongoing training and development. This position manages front desk activities, staffing, facility upkeep, marketing promotions, payroll, and member concerns. The role supports Taymax Group’s fitness experience in Thunder Bay.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, hire, train, and develop club staff
- Schedule shifts and maintain employee accountability
- Welcome members, answer phones, and process check-ins
- Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and equipment repairs
- Authorize expenditures, deposits, payroll, and reporting

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of management experience preferred
- Fitness or health passion with customer-focused leadership
- Microsoft Suite proficiency and quick systems learning
- Valid driver’s licence, acceptable record, and reliable transportation
