Lead site security operations in North York while supervising guards, conducting patrols, and responding to emergencies Monday through Friday, 07:00 to 15:00.

As Site Supervisor with Paladin Security, you will oversee daily guard activities and job performance at a facility serving visitors and staff. Your work includes maintaining property safety standards, supporting routine inquiries, and coordinating emergency responses. Transparent reporting and customer service are central to the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise assigned security guards’ daily activities and performance
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols for hazards and policy breaches
- De-escalate incidents and respond to alarms or emergencies
- Liaise with police, fire,



and paramedic teams
- Write incident reports and manage lost property inquiries

Requirements:

- At least one year of security supervisory experience
- Valid WSIB-approved First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Fluent spoken and written English
- UOF and MOAB certification or willingness to complete training
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
