Maintain Starlim North America’s London facility using electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and troubleshooting skills. This full-time role currently follows Monday-to-Friday day shifts.

The Facilities Maintenance Team Member supports general facility maintenance and labour duties in a manufacturing setting. Responsibilities cover building systems, grounds, equipment, preventative maintenance, air handling units, and minor repairs. The role also supports safety, housekeeping, quality standards, inspections, contractors, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain grounds, equipment, building systems, and facility infrastructure
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and facility records
- Change air handling filters and perform general maintenance
- Repair minor plumbing, electrical,



painting, and carpentry issues
- Support contractors, upgrades, emergencies, and winter maintenance

Requirements:

- High school diploma; construction or maintenance program preferred
- One to two years of facility maintenance experience
- Basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry understanding
- Manufacturing experience and health and safety knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and ability to use common tools
