This full-time Bookkeeper maintains accurate records across accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, expenses, accruals, and inventory. The position prepares invoices, supports reporting, and helps keep financial operations productive and cost-conscious. Experience with Canadian and U.S. accounting is central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle accounting across Canadian and U.S. operations
- Prepare invoices and record transactions accurately
- Process ACH/EFT and wire payments
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Handle GST/HST, WSIB, and U.S. tax filings

Requirements:

- Three to five years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Sage, and Excel
- Understanding of GAAP and multi-currency transactions
- Ability to manage confidential information accurately
