The Craft Recruiter reports to the Manager of Labour Relations and supports trades hiring for Aecon Industrial. This position collaborates with hiring managers, project teams, site administrators, business leaders, and trade union partners. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding documentation, and job description support. Construction industry and trade union knowledge are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand recruitment needs with hiring managers
- Post requisitions and source trades candidates
- Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates




- Create onboarding documentation and agreements
- Build relationships with project stakeholders and union partners

Requirements:

- Minimum two years of full cycle recruitment experience
- High volume recruitment experience required
- Construction industry and trade union knowledge
- Robust communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- Valid driver’s license and frequent travel availability
