Provide direct resident care as a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse at Central City Lodge, using assessment and medication administration skills. This on-site position follows rotating days off.

Working under a Manager or designate, the Licensed Practical Nurse I supports residents through nursing interventions and activities of daily living. The role collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team, contributes to individualized care plans, and seeks RN, RPN, or Clinical Supervisor guidance when needed. Practice follows BCCNM standards, organizational policies, and department protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide protected, respectful nursing care to assigned residents
- Conduct assessments and recognize abnormal signs or symptoms
- Administer medications and monitor their effects




- Contribute to individualized care plans and conferences
- Document assessments, treatments, medications, and resident progress

Requirements:

- Graduate of a recognized Practical Nursing program
- Registered practicing LPN with BCCNM
- Knowledge and competencies for full scope practice
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Physical ability to carry out position duties
