You will support the Clinic Manager, employees, providers, and patients while learning clinic operations, patient workflows, insurance, and business performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Support organized, efficient, and patient-focused daily clinic operations
- Lead management coverage when the Clinic Manager is away
- Help coach, onboard, schedule, and communicate with employees
- Support welcoming patient experiences through treatment and follow-up




- Identify scheduling gaps, follow-up opportunities, and operational issues

Requirements:

- Previous dental industry experience in a clinical environment
- Understanding of dental scheduling, insurance, workflows, and operations
- Patient-focused approach with confident communication skills
