KPMG Canada is seeking a Senior Consultant for its growing ServiceNow practice. You will assess business processes, define requirements, configure the platform, and recommend technologies. The role also involves leading engagements, managing deliverables, and supporting client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client processes and tools for ServiceNow requirements
- Develop, configure, and deploy ServiceNow solutions
- Customize workflows and document process requirements
- Plan quality assurance and user acceptance testing
- Lead engagements, teams, deliverables, and stakeholder relationships
Requirements:
- At least three years of similar experience
- ServiceNow proficiency and Certified System Administrator certification
- Agile development and software development best practices experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience
- Solid communication, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills
