This Registered Nurse role supports patients, families, communities, and populations through secure, patient-centered care. You will evaluate concerns, provide health advice, and guide callers toward appropriate care. Clinical software, databases, and protocols support decisions across diverse health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide telephone triage services to callers across Alberta
- Evaluate, triage, and counsel patients with diverse concerns
- Deliver precise health advice and information
- Apply nursing processes, critical thinking, and problem solving
- Teach, counsel, and advocate for patients and families

Requirements:

- Accredited nursing education program completion
- Active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Three to five years recent Registered Nurse experience
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute
