About the position

As a Public Tenders Specialist, you will play akey role in managing public sector tenders.You will be responsible for the analysis, preparation, and submission of bids,while actively contributing to business development, profitability, andcustomer loyalty.

As a Public Tenders Specialist, you will:

- Develop business opportunities with existingclients and identify new growth opportunities, providing recommendations tomanagement;
- Manage the full RFP process: requirementanalysis, internal coordination, pricing structure development, and bidpreparation;
- Conduct profitability analysis (costs, margins,transportation,



contractual conditions) and recommend bidding strategies;
- Prepare, submit, and track bids, whilemaintaining accurate records and communicating results;
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams tooptimize performance and profitability;
