Yee Hong seeks a temporary part-time Personal Support Worker for two months, with possible extension. The PSW supports older adults in long-term care while following residents’ rights, government standards, and Yee Hong’s mission. Work includes mixed shifts, weekends, and short shifts as scheduled.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care supporting residents’ daily activities
- Assist residents with personal hygiene safely
- Support physical, social, and emotional needs
- Follow resident-centred care practices and relevant standards
- Work alternate shifts when operationally required

Requirements:

- Graduate of an approved Ontario Personal Support Worker course
- Experience in long-term care is an asset
- Current CPR Certificate
- Robust customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend
