Lead daily store operations for WINS through customer service, cash handling, and team supervision as a reliable Retail Key Holder.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support WINS’ Social Enterprise team while advancing its mission, vision, and values. The position covers opening and closing procedures, alarm systems, merchandising, customer assistance, and staff support. Organization and multitasking are essential when managing diverse projects and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Open and close the store using alarm procedures
- Supervise staff, assign tasks, and assist cashiers
- Arrange, restock, sort, tag, and hang merchandise
- Maintain cash controls, deposits, safes, and point-of-sale balances
- Maintain safe, organized,



and welcoming store operations

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience
- Previous retail or customer service management experience is an asset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds individually or 100 pounds with a team
- Versatile availability for any shift Sunday through Saturday
