Clinic operations expertise supports MindSession’s Montréal practice, coordinating systems, intake services, and administrative workflows. This position requires full English and French bilingualism.

As Clinic Manager, you will oversee daily operations for MindSession’s intercultural psychology practice. The work combines administrative supervision, client intake, billing oversight, recruitment coordination, and workflow improvement. You will support about 20 clinicians while keeping clinical decisions with the clinical director and treating professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate schedules, rooms, supplies, maintenance, and technology
- Oversee inquiries, intake, waitlists, referrals, and follow-up




- Train administrative staff and monitor assigned work
- Manage invoicing, payments, balances, payouts, and budgets
- Maintain procedures, systems, templates, and automation

Requirements:

- Must be located in Montréal
- Fully bilingual in English and French
- Organized and proactive working style
- Comfort taking ownership and moving projects forward
- Ability to report results and recommend improvements
