As a Fundraising Strategist, you will manage a portfolio of nonprofit accounts through yearly fundraising cycles. You will combine direct-response fundraising, integrated campaigns, client communication, and data-informed strategy. The work coordinates creative, data, production, and digital teams while supporting account growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create yearly growth plans for nonprofit clients
- Lead bi-weekly strategy meetings and send weekly updates
- Develop strategic briefs and manage client approvals
- Coordinate creative, data, production, and digital workflows
- Identify tests, upsells,



renewals, and account growth opportunities

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in nonprofit fundraising or similar experience
- Experience managing multiple accounts or complex fundraising programs
- Understanding of direct-response fundraising and integrated campaigns
- Comfort interpreting campaign data and translating insights into strategy
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Teamwork
