Support facility maintenance in Brandon as a Trades Helper, using manual tools, electrical tools, and small motorized equipment. This is regular, full time work.

The Manitoba government’s Public Service Delivery branch is seeking a Trades Helper for Operations, Asset Management. Under general direction, you will support planned and unplanned maintenance across a designated portfolio. Work includes facility grounds, plumbing components, HVAC equipment, pumps, and architectural components. You will work independently and assist other staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support planned maintenance programs across designated facilities
- Assist with unplanned maintenance on facility grounds
- Support plumbing, HVAC, pump, and architectural maintenance




- Work independently under general direction
- Assist other staff with maintenance activities

Requirements:

- Experience with carpentry, plumbing, painting, or HVAC
- Experience operating and maintaining small motorized equipment
- Experience with facility operation and maintenance
- Knowledge of manual and electrical tools
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence and legal Canadian work entitlement
