TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Recruiter

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter, with proven experience managing high-volume hiring and building candidate pipelines across multiple locations.
- Rural and hard-to-fill talent sourcing experience – Experienced in using multiple sourcing channels, passive outreach, referrals, relocation strategies and community partnerships to reach difficult talent markets. Hands-on experience sourcing and pre-screening candidates using typical sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed)
- Experience using an ATS (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors)
- Proficiency with MS suite: Excel (tracking capabilities, summarize data), MS Teams, Outlook
- Independent portfolio management experience,



including experience working as the sole recruiter supporting multiple regions.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

- Experience with recruiting for client-facing retail banking roles or adjacent FI industries (insurance, investment)
- Experience with in-person recruitment engagements (e.g. at a conference)
