Randstad Canada seeks a cross-dock forklift operator with external certification and relevant cross-dock or less-than-truckload shipping experience. You will operate electric sit-down counterbalance forklifts and stand-up stock pickers while fulfilling orders, restocking bins, and returning cases to high-bay racking. The work supports accurate system tracking and orderly freight flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and stage freight across the cross-dock
- Fulfill customer orders using stand-up stock pickers
- Scan barcodes and place items in exact bins
- Receive, sort, and put away heavy shipments
- Follow safety rules and complete daily cleaning routines
Requirements:
- Valid external forklift certification
- Experience in cross-dock or less-than-truckload shipping setups
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
