The Instructional Designer develops learning frameworks aligned with objectives, company goals, values, learner needs, and organizational standards. You will collaborate with Business Human Resources and stakeholders to define goals and success measures. The work supports effective employee learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design learning program frameworks, strategies, and structures
- Create maps, wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and scripts
- Develop content using Articulate Rise and Storyline
- Support needs assessments and project status reporting




- Monitor learning trends and best practices

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience with specified learning authoring tools
- Knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies
- Degree or diploma in business, human resources, learning, or education
- Solid project management and communication skills
- Active listening, stakeholder management, and critical-thinking abilities
