Key Responsibilities:

- Review emails and drawings to identify requested services
- Build Excel quotes and return pricing promptly
- Manage assigned order desk accounts and follow up
- Coordinate scheduling with the General Manager
- Answer questions about materials, applications, and processes

Requirements:

- Two to five years in sales or customer support
- High school education
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills
- Basic AutoCAD and customer drawing comprehension
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle access
