As a Land Agent, you will acquire agreements, advise clients and engineering or construction personnel, and maintain project communication. The work includes landowner negotiations, community meetings, legal agreement interpretation, appraisal reports, and detailed consultation records. Five-plus years in land acquisition, real estate, or right-of-way are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Negotiate land-use agreements with landowners and special interest groups
- Provide site acquisition expertise to clients and project personnel




- Represent Canacre at community and stakeholder meetings
- Interpret agreements, site plans, layouts, and appraisal reports
