Advance nursing education with Assisted Living Alberta as a Clinical Nurse Educator supporting Home and Community Care in Edmonton. Apply adult learning principles and clinical expertise.

This full time Instructor develops and evaluates education for nursing staff across Home Living. The work includes orientation, compulsory education, continuing education, and clinical development. You will collaborate with managers and interdisciplinary partners to promote evidence-informed practice and secure, patient and family centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess staff learning needs and operational requirements
- Design, facilitate, coordinate, and evaluate education
- Provide RAI education, reviews, coaching, and mentorship




- Support Connect Care integration into nursing workflows
- Lead workshops, meetings, and nursing committees

Requirements:

- Baccalaureate degree in nursing
- At least five years of recent Home Living experience
- Active or eligible CRNA registration and practice permit
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Health Care Provider certification
- Working knowledge of Connect Care and Microsoft Office programs
