Keep Boardwalk communities clean and sanitized as an experienced Cleaner using solid time-management and independent work skills.

This Cleaner position supports comfortable home living across Boardwalk’s apartment and townhouse communities. You will maintain common areas, vacant suites, garbage rooms, and amenity spaces. The work requires customer service, equipment care, inventory management, and collaboration with other sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean entrances, elevators, offices, halls, and stairwells
- Maintain laundry, garbage, amenity, and other common areas
- Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
- Collect interior and exterior garbage
- Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting

Requirements:

- Two years of cleaning experience required
- Working knowledge of spoken and written English
- Ability to walk, stand, climb stairs, and lift eight hours
- Ability to maneuver up to 90 kilograms with equipment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
