The work combines legal knowledge, customer discussions, negotiation, investigative techniques, and accurate documentation. You will pursue recoveries while delivering professional, compliant customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage charged-off consumer accounts through legal collections stages
- Prepare and file Small Claims Court documents
- Negotiate settlements and appropriate repayment arrangements
- Conduct skip tracing and financial investigations
- Execute post-judgment enforcement strategies and monitor milestones

Requirements:

- Paralegal Diploma or Certificate
- Law Society of Ontario licensing and good standing
- Small Claims Court and debt collections knowledge
- Professional liability insurance and solid communication skills
- Full-time availability and Pickering head office attendance
