Lead employer connections and PSW employment programming for Care Forward in a hybrid Mississauga setting, with GTA travel as required.

Reporting to the Manager, Career & Newcomer Services, the Lead Employer Liaison delivers project activities supporting 48 individuals. You will coordinate job placement, employer partnerships, recruitment, retention, workshops, assessments, and coaching. The role serves EI recipients and people impacted by tariffs and broader economic shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a job placement program
- Build employer relationships supporting PSW placements and hiring
- Prepare participants through resumes, interviews, and career coaching
- Conduct assessments, workshops, check-ins, and placement coaching




- Maintain program data, evaluations, and required reports

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in social services, business, HR, or related field
- Two to three years engaging employers and jobseekers
- Robust communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Workshop facilitation and administrative data experience
- Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Canva, Zoom, and Teams
