Lead clinical operations at Granite Ridge Community with nursing leadership and person-centered care for seniors. This is a permanent full-time opportunity.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the Associate Director of Care guides clinical teams and supports efficient home operations. The position oversees nursing professionals, coordinates individualized care plans, monitors outcomes, and strengthens regulatory compliance. It also supports quality improvement and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide clinical guidance for protected, effective resident care
- Develop individualized care plans with healthcare professionals
- Train, supervise, and evaluate nursing professionals
- Maintain documentation for care, medications, and incidents




- Coordinate inspections, audits, surveys, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent post diploma education
- Current good-standing registration with the College of Nurses
- Minimum one year nursing experience in Long Term Care
- Two to three years managerial or supervisory healthcare experience
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
